Você já teve a experiência de acordar extremamente animado e momentos depois sentiu um desânimo abater sobre você?
Sabemos que às vezes no meio do caminho, no meio da estrada, coisas que roubam o nosso ânimo podem acontecer.
Podemos comparar a nossa vida com um carro em movimento, às vezes, por passar em algum buraco, ou por um caminho difícil, um pneu pode furar.
Sabemos que assim como um carro com seus pneus furados, nossa vida sem ânimo, não vai a lugar algum. Quando um pneu estoura, a primeira coisa que fazemos é procurar uma borracharia para realizar o conserto, e seguirmos viagem. Devemos buscar recuperar nosso ânimo com a mesma rapidez e vontade.
Em primeira Samuel capítulo 30, onde Davi está seguindo sua vida, indo para sua cidade, e chegando lá percebe que os inimigos roubaram suas mulheres, seus alimentos e seus gados, queimando toda sua cidade. Davi foi tomado de uma angústia muito grande, porém ele se reanimou seu espírito em Deus para lidar com a situação e seguir sua vida.
É importante sabermos que podemos fazer como Davi, podemos nos reanimar em Deus, consertar o nosso pneu furado no borracharia de Jesus. Em João 16:33, Jesus diz “Tenho-vos dito isto, para que em mim, tenhais paz; no mundo tereis aflições, mas tende bom ânimo, eu venci o mundo.” A vitória de Cristo é aquela que nos dá ânimo para vencer o Mundo.
Without courage we are inert
Have you ever experienced waking up extremely excited and moments later you feeling discouraged?
We know that sometimes in the middle of the road things that steal our good mood can happen.
We can compare our life with a car in motion, sometimes, by going through a hole, or a difficult path, a tire can be punctured.
We know that just like a car with its flat tires, our lives without cheer, without good mood, are not going anywhere. When we have a flat tire, the first thing we do is look for a tire repair shop and fix the problem as soon as possible, to get on with the journey. We must seek to recover our spirits, our good mood and our cheer, with the same speed and willingness.
In Samuel I, chapter 30, David is going back to his city, and arriving there, he sees that the enemies have stolen their women, food and cattle, and burned the entire city. David was overcome with distress, but he renewed his spirit in God, so he could deal with the situation and get on with his life.
It is important to know that we can do like David, we can renew ourselves in God, fix our flat tire in Jesus’ tire repair store. In John 16:33, Jesus says, “I have told you this, that you may have peace in me; in the world you will have afflictions, but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world. ” Christ’s victory is what gives us courage to overcome the world
